ZONED OUT Backgammon Rules

The following Rules apply to ALL regularly scheduled ZONED OUT Backgammon Tournaments, and will be posted in the lobby before the start of every tournament. Rules for Special ZONED OUT Events may vary slightly, and will be posted at the time of the tournament.
Failure to read and follow these rules may result in DISQUALIFICATION.

 1. FORMAT: 2 point, DOUBLE elim, 2 point final
 2. TOU/S violations WILL be documented/acted upon.
     Disruptive players may find themselves barred from future tours.
 3.Anyone missing before 1st match has started will be replaced.
 4. Doubling is OK.Gammons do count.
 5. Report wins like this: *** you / opp @ table# ***
     No post, NO WIN
 6. Report boots w/nic and table#.
     Boots are 5 mins. 3 Boots = forfeit.
 7. 30 min time limit (except finals) at Host Discretion.
     5 min warnings will be given
 8. In Finals, one-loss player must win TWO matches to win tour.
 9. Host decision is final on ALL matters, don't argue in lobby.
     Appeals/complaints/etc to backgammon@zogames.info
 10. Don't start before %s. If you do it won't count.
 11. Playing elsewhere may earn you a DQ in BOTH rooms
 12. Screenshot (Alt-PrntScrn) your wins. False posts may be DQd.

Step Tournament Rules

1.  This is a no elimination mini-marathon.
           When a player first reports there 12th WIN, it's OVER!
           Order of finish will be based on # of wins at that time.

2.  All players must register in the Lobby
           PRIOR to commencing play.

3.  You will be assigned tables for the First Round ONLY.
           After Round 1, Scramble to find your next opponent,
           Just don't play the same opp 2 times in a row.

4.  This is a NO BOOT Tournament.
           Report ANY BOOT by your opp as a WIN for you.

5.  Set match to 1 point games.
          Report wins in the Lobby like this:
          ********* Winner// Loser***************
           ONLY Winning Player should post.

6.  WGC does not allow the use of all CAPS or
            OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE in the lobby.
            Violations of the TOU could result in your DQ.

7.  Direct problems or questions to host/cohost.
            Host decision is final on ALL matters, don't argue in lobby.
            Appeals/complaints/etc to www.zogames.info
