ZO BACKGAMMON 'MAIN EVENT' - 12PM Sat July 28, ALL Players will be eligible to compete in a 2-point double elimination tournament. In addition to CASH PRIZES for the top three finishers (listed below), EVERYONE who survives to Round 4 of the Main Event will get to take home one of the Backgammon sets used in tournament play! The winner gets the coveted OFFICIAL ZO Backgammon 'FINAL TABLE' set to keep for a year and bring back to the following year's event.

THE EXTRAS
HOSPITALITY SUITE - Will be open round the clock from 12noon Friday til 3AM Sunday, with FREE coffee, bottled water, soft drinks, and limited beer/wine coolers/mixers. If you prefer the hard stuff, BYOB and be prepared to share!
SATURDAY DINNER - 8PM Saturday night, dinner is on the house! Tentative choice is Ruby Tuesday's, located at the nearby Hampton Inn. Your registration includes dinner and all non-alcoholic drinks.
AWARDS PRESENTATION - 10PM Saturday night, where we will be giving away the Tournament Prizes as well as other door prizes and raffles, followed by the now-traditional "up all night" poker game and social.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS
THE MARRIOTT COURTYARD PHILADELPHIA AIRPORT is our venue for this year's event. We have secured a group rate of $79/night for ZO LIVE guests. You MUST REGISTER BY PHONE to get the group rate! IMPORTANT: Hotel reservations MUST be made between Friday, Feb 23 and Sunday, July 2! Any hotel registrations after July 2 are subject to availability and will be at current market rates, so reserve early!

HOW MUCH IS THE HOTEL GOING TO COST? Your hotel stay for Friday and Saturday nights is NOT INCLUDED in your registration fee! You must contact the Courtyard BY PHOONE to reserve your room at the ZO Group Rate
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL? We understand things may come
up that will prevent you from attending, but at the same time we incur fixed
costs for facility rental and administration. Therefore, $20 of your
registration is a
NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your place at the tour. IF you need to cancel
for any reason, your entire registration fee will be refunded in full minus the
deposit. (Should WE cancel the event for any reason, obviously, all fees
including deposits will be returned.)
